SimpleTransfer is a free temporary file transfer service. These terms define the rules for using it.
Service
The service lets you upload a file and share a temporary link. Files are intended to be deleted automatically after a short retention period.
User responsibility
You are solely responsible for the files you upload and for the links you share.
Prohibited uses
- It is forbidden to upload, share or distribute pornographic or sexually explicit content.
- It is forbidden to upload illegal content, stolen data, threats, harassment, fraud or content that violates another person's privacy.
- It is forbidden to upload malware, phishing files, scripts intended to compromise systems, or any file designed to harm others.
- It is forbidden to upload content that infringes copyright, trademarks or any third-party rights.
Privacy
The service is designed for temporary transfer. Do not upload sensitive data unless you accept the risks linked to sharing a public link.
Removal
Files or links may be removed without notice if they violate these terms or create a security, legal or operational risk.
Using SimpleTransfer means that you accept these conditions.
